Stefan Pap
Managing Partner
Stefan Pap is the Managing Partner of Leadership Works. With over 20 years of experience, he supports senior leaders in solving their most critical challenges by bridging strategy, people, and technology to deliver sustainable impact and measurable results.
Before founding Leadership Works, Stefan was Head of Advisory at IMD, where he built a new consulting unit from the ground up. He defined its go-to-market strategy, designed service offerings, and led client engagements across industries—helping accelerate transformation for global organizations while exceeding ambitious growth targets.
Previously, Stefan served as Global Head of Transformation and Strategy and member of the Executive Committee at LHH, a division of The Adecco Group (Fortune 500). He led a large-scale transformation program, unifying 12 brands into a global offering and embedding AI-driven capabilities into HR services. His leadership has shaped enterprise-wide initiatives across operational efficiency, finance transformation, and digital enablement.
Stefan has worked across a broad range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, B2B services, and FMCG. His approach combines strategic clarity with the human dynamics of change—enabling leadership teams to align around purpose and execute with conviction. He holds an Executive Master’s in Organizational Change from INSEAD, an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Master’s in Social and Economic Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics. He is also certified in executive coaching and facilitation.
Stefan is passionate about helping organizations unlock the potential of AI and digital innovation—always with a strong belief that people must remain at the center of successful transformation.

Anja Stubenrauch
Network Partner
Anja Stubenrauch is a co-founder of PEAQ Partners and a seasoned advisor with more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate management, transformation, and board governance. She works with executives and teams to align strategy, culture, and execution — unlocking performance through trust, clarity of purpose, and behavioral change.
Prior to founding PEAQ Partners, Anja held C-level roles, including CFO of the digital company Namics and CEO of a tech start-up. She brings deep boardroom experience
and a track record in leading organizations through complex change, M&A, crisis situations, and high-stakes cultural transformations. As a trusted advisor and sparring partner, she supports leadership development, top team alignment, and strategic execution in fast-changing environments.
Anja serves as a Supervisory Board Member for B.Curti Holding and the Curti Foundation. Since 2016, she has been a Senior Affiliate at Aberkyn (a McKinsey company), where she contributes to major leadership and transformation journeys globally. Her recent engagements include long-term transformation programs for ministries, cultural institutions, and global players in the finance, industry, and FMCG sectors — with a focus on leadership behaviour, sales effectiveness, and client-centricity.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and the University of St. Gallen. She is a Swiss Certified Expert in Accounting & Controlling and is certified in coaching, conflict resolution, sales and negotiation, and adaptive leadership. Anja regularly teaches in executive programs (e.g., ETH, St. Gallen) and is a keynote speaker on trust, performance, and cultural transformation.

Stephane Alberth
Network Partner
Stephane is the founder of Aixa AG, a company supporting next-generation transformation through a mix of core strategy and operational consulting connected to rapid AI enabled change. He partners with corporates and SMEs to rapidly scale innovation with a focus on tangible results.
Previously, he led transformation programs at McKinsey & Company and Partners in Performance, focusing on operational excellence and digitization across manufacturing, telco, and the public sector. He has since worked with Swisscom, ABB, and SwissRe to implement enterprise-scale AI and learning systems.
He has deep cross-industry experience and is often brought in to solve complex challenges—from supporting struggling business transformation to turning legacy training into AI-powered, scalable learning in under 10 minutes.
While mainly working directly for or with corporates, Stephane has also developed a start-up Aixa Digital Humans, that combines structured automation (orchestrated LLMs) with intuitive, human-like interfaces. His approach bridges strategy and execution—enabling GenAI adoption at scale without compromising compliance or user experience.
Stephane holds a PhD from Cambridge University and is a champion of pragmatic innovation, ensuring every AI initiative delivers real, lasting value. He advises executive teams on AI governance, cost-efficiency, and the future of learning at work.
He believes AI will inevitably replace many traditional human capabilities—making it essential for organizations to double down on tools and training that keep people valuable. His work focuses on building platforms that empower individuals to adapt, lead, and stay ahead in a world where performance is increasingly AI-augmented.

Charles Donkor
Network Partner
Charles Donkor is a Partner at Coryzon with over 30 years of experience in leadership and culture transformation. He supports global organizations in building high-performance teams, navigating complex change, and driving sustainable impact through leadership alignment and transformation.
Before co-founding Coryzon in 2020, Charles was a Partner at PwC and Kincentric, where he led large-scale leadership and cultural transformation programs across multiple sectors. He has coached numerous senior executives as they stepped into new roles or faced pivotal transitions, bringing a unique blend of business insight and human-centered development to his work.
Charles has worked with clients across public sector organizations (such as SIPPO), financial institutions (e.g., Julius Baer, ZKB, Robeco, Swiss Life), life sciences (BMS, Roche, Takeda), and industrial and consumer sectors (Kistler, Migros, ITC). He has also supported teams in the sports and media industry, including ESPN and FC Southampton.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and the London School of Economics, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD, IMD, LBS, Tavistock Institute, and Performance Consultants. He is a certified executive coach and a Fellow of Mobius Executive Leadership. In parallel, Charles is a lecturer at the HSG Executive MBA and a frequent speaker and contributor to leadership conferences and journals.
Charles is passionate about developing high-performance teams and daring to disrupt traditional approaches. Outside of work, his heart beats for his family, karate, and—while not always in rhythm—for his drums.
